I saw a need to reduce the price of college textbooks and discovered Amazon’s self-published print on demand option 10 years ago. I authored two low-cost class textbooks that created a win/win scenario for students.  Besides the low cost, I worked to breathe real life into the various themes that have concerned philosophers since the times of the early Greeks. 

The purpose was to show the relevance of philosophy in our daily existence. I became interested in reaching a larger audience than my students and began writing Forgiveness 8 years ago.  After many refinements I believed it reached a point where I felt the narrative was compelling and thought provoking at the same time.
